Evacuation orders have been lifted for residents of Decker Canyon. 8/5/2013 9:30 p.m. Decker Canyon remains under mandatory evacuation. Evacuation orders for residents in Lakeland Village and Rancho Capistrano communities have been lifted.

Falls Fire mandatory evacuations for Decker Canyon and Rancho Capistrano residents. Ortega Highway is closed to non-residents. Closures are at Grand Ave in Lake Elsinore and Antionio Parkway on the west side.
